- My name is Damon Douglas, but I hope that you will call me DOUG like most of my friends do. Let me give you a little bit of background on me. I have been in sales one way or another for close to 20 years. I am 41 now (soon to be 42 on April 27th), and I started my Very 1st business at the ripe young age of 24.
